You can park in 2 spaces in front of the deck behind the house. Please do not park on the concrete driveway as it is shared with the guest house in the rear of the property. If you have more than 2 cars please notify the host and park on the street.
Neighborhood is residential on nice size lots. Street the home is on is a small Street that ends at natural area.
There are spaces for 2 cars to park on the property. There are signs indicating where you can park. If you have more cars please park on the street and let the host know how many additional cars you have with your party. Do not park on the shared driveway please.
We don’t spray or exterminate as we try to stay as natural as possible. There are mosquitoes. We recommend you use bug repellent before hanging outside.

Summary: This house was perfect for our trip to Charlotte! Another host had canceled us 2 days before our trip and we were scrambling! Nancy and her crew really came through for us! The place was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely will stay in this 5 star place again!
